Automated Manufacture from Start to Finish

Just like a normal paper printer, you can send jobs to the AM AUTO print queue and it takes care of the rest!

With automatic build plate reload, intelligent job queue management, and error notifications, the AM AUTO is fully automated from start to finish. The AUTO also monitors the temperatures at 5 locations and will automatically stop, as well as notifying the user, if it senses an overheat.*
Professional Grade Parts in Any Filament

A market leading 3030 Aluminium frame, MGN12 linear rails, and TMC2209 stepper drivers make up an industry spec machine capable of producing professional grade components with extremely high accuracy and surface finish. The all-metal hot ends, hardened steel nozzles, and direct-drive geared extruders permit use of any filament including engineering grade materials such as CF Nylon and flexibles like TPU.

The twin toolhead carriage enables multi-material manufacture: either load 2 different materials to choose from without having to swap out spools, print multi-material parts, or print extremely complex parts by utilising a soluble filament for supports.
Truly Rapid Manufacture

The CoreXY configuration and high torque NEMA17 stepper motors are teamed with a high-tech input shaping system which ensures quality is not compromised when printing at high speeds.

The AC heated bed and all-enclosed design facilitate fast warm-up times so you won’t be waiting on the machine to start jobs, nor experience issues during print due to temperature fluctuations.
3D printing without the faff or failures!

The critical key to getting successful prints is a flat and level bed.
The AM AUTO utilises a Tooling Plate grade, 6mm thick, aluminium bed and a class-leading automatic kinematic bed levelling system to ensure the print surface remains perfectly flat and level for every print.

The AUTO is designed to mitigate the frustration of failed bed adheasion, manual bed levelling with paper, and warping issues, so that you get seamless successful prints every time.
Designed with Maintenance in Mind

Modular wiring looms and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf parts facilitate easy component swap out for upgrade or maintenance. Every part can be disconnected at a standard plug without having to do any re-wiring; 3D printer maintenance has never been so easy!

The open-source design based on the RatRig and EVA tool head means you can upgrade the machine as new components are released, or customise it to your particular needs. Combine this with the 3030 B-type aluminium extrusion frame and equipment obsolescence is a thing of the past.

Packed with Extra Features

Smart Filament Sensors, Neopixel status LEDs, Automatic input-shaping calibration, live webcam feed, and the possibility for so much more!

The Neopixel LEDs clearly show the printer status and an intuitive web interface allows full remote control and monitoring of the machine.

All sensor information as well as a live webcam feed is available on the web interface, also providing print timelapse capture. The web interface is powered by Octoprint, which is a widely adopted and well supported open-source software; therefore benefiting from constant updates and a large plug-in store.
